Have you ever been preparing for an upcoming delivery to find out it was canceled at the last minute? No need to worry if this happens to you. Shortly after that delivery was canceled, you will receive a text message from our dispatch team informing you about that delivery and whether or not you will be paid for that delivery.
DeliverThat’s Cancellation Policy is as follows; if the delivery was canceled within 2 hrs of the pick-up time, you will be compensated for the delivery - if the delivery was canceled outside 2 hrs to the pick-up time, you would not be compensated.
