On the DeliverThat platform, deliveries are sourced from different restaurant marketplaces and restaurant partners. Each has its own gratuity process.
With Direct Partner orders, gratuities are not guaranteed. However, when you accept a Direct Partner delivery, you will see a gratuity amount in the app's order details or a listed $0 gratuity. If there is a $0 listed gratuity, the customer did not leave a pre-tip on the order.
For deliveries without a pre-tip added to the order, you will receive a receipt or invoice for the customer to sign at the drop-off, with the choice to leave a gratuity if they choose so.
Suppose you receive a signed gratuity from the Direct Partner order. In that case, you will need to upload the gratuity information through the link under 'Section Q.' in the delivery details of your app.
Once verified by our team, your payment amount will update in your app by payday to receive the full gratuity amount.
